Anthology Travel and Steuber Travel Group Merge to Form Anthology Travel Group, Creating Premier Boutique Luxury Travel Agency
WASHINGTON, D.C. and PHILADELPHIA, PA – October 1, 2025 – Anthology Travel and Steuber Travel Group announced today their merger, forming Anthology Travel Group (ATG), a boutique luxury travel agency positioned to serve discerning clients with expanded capacity and enhanced expertise.
The merger combines Anthology Travel's pioneering retainer model — serving C-suite executives and their families similarly to a wealth advisor — with Steuber Travel Group's focus on luxury honeymoons, safaris, and celebration trips. The new organization will be led by co-CEOs Kate Sullivan and Madeline Steuber and President Kristen Steuber.

Steuber Travel Group, founded in March 2020 just before COVID lockdowns, strategically focused on market-resilient segments and grew to serve luxury honeymoon and celebration clients. Founder Madeline Steuber earned recognition as a Conde Nast A-List Advisor in both 2024 and 2025.

While many clients will continue working directly with their longtime advisor, others will now benefit from the expertise of a dedicated in-house team, with co-founders continuing to provide high-level strategic input, quality control, and direction on itinerary design. This structure ensures that all clients receive the same rigorous attention to detail and elevated service—no matter who is assembling the day-to-day details.
